If for any reason your order is not quite right, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible so you can begin enjoying your Huntly piece without delay.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Australia
Standard delivery: 2–8 business days
Express delivery: 1–4 business days

International
Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are typically 6–12 business days once dispatched.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs processing times, which are outside of our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery service.

During peak periods or promotional events, dispatch and delivery timeframes may be slightly extended.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Your original order number must be provided as proof of purchase.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Sale items and items purchased during a promotion are non-refundable.

Direct exchanges are available for Australian customers only and are offered for size exchanges. All other approved returns will be issued as a store credit to be used toward a future purchase.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is processed.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received, it will be assessed to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above.

If approved, your refund or store credit will be processed for the purchase price only (excluding original shipping costs) and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
